1967
Early days
It all began when Mr. Louis Desrochers founded his own construction company in May 1967. He quickly became a benchmark in the new home industry, garnering numerous awards and accolades for his various developments in the West Island of Montreal.
1997
Second generation
In 1997, his son Sylvain Desrochers also founded his own company, following his father’s footsteps and continuing to innovate within the residential construction industry. After many years of operation, his company earned a Diamond Palm award. Les Habitations Sylvain Desrochers Inc. has maintained a customer satisfaction rate exceeding 97% for over 25 consecutive years, ever since receiving accreditation from the "Residential Construction Warranty" program from the GCR.
2025
A new begining
Today, a third generation is now involved in the family business, following the recent arrival of Nathan Desrochers, Sylvain’s son.
